Gyms and studios
from $0.10/sq ftYoga and pilates studios and small gyms. Equipment, mats, mirrors and changing rooms sanitised, not just wiped.
Most visits $140 to $380
Medical and dental
from $0.15/sq ftWaiting rooms, operatories and treatment rooms. Priced higher because the standard is higher and the paperwork is real.
Most visits $200 to $480
Frequency moves the per visit price more than square footage does. A space cleaned five nights a week costs roughly half per visit what the same space costs cleaned monthly, because far less piles up between visits. Tell us how often below and the bracket updates.

Restrooms
Sanitised end to end, fixtures polished, consumables restocked from your stores.
Kitchens and break rooms
Counters, sinks, appliance fronts, tables and chairs. Fridge cleared out on a schedule you set.
Desks and workstations
Dusted around your team's things, never through them. Screens and keyboards left alone unless you ask.
Floors
Vacuumed and mopped throughout, edges and corners by hand.
Trash and recycling
Emptied, sorted to your building's rules, liners replaced.
Glass and touch points
Interior glass, door handles, switch plates, lift buttons and rails.
Medical and dental spaces: these carry requirements past cleaning, including an exposure control plan, bloodborne pathogen training and regulated waste handling. Tell us yours in the form and we will confirm in writing exactly what we do and do not cover before anything is signed. We would rather lose the job than overstate what we are set up for.
